Need a small skilled team to provide labor and materials. The facility needs the kitchen floor to be repaired and replaced. Replace subfloor/floor joists, new desking, then a new floor laid (waterproof tile, high quality sheet or vinyl plank flooring).
Carpet throughout the rest of the house needs to be pulled up and replaced (small bathroom has vinyl).
